So I know what you're thinking: "What the heck? This is a restaurant review blog.  Why are there recipes?"

Well, long story short I was sick one day and decided to try my hand at cooking. It didn't turn out half bad so I figured I'd spread the love on days my attempts succeed -- and try as hard as possible to use local produce in my recipes!  Give them a shot and let me know what you think!
