My dad, TOP Pop, makes - without a doubt - the absolute best turkey chili on the entire planet. I can't divulge his recipe in a public setting, but picture in your mind a 6-gallon stainless steel pot filled to the brim with ground turkey, beans of every variety, home-grown tomatoes and the most deliciously aromatic blend of garden herbs and spices you've ever whiffed. Yep, that's TOP Pop's chili!
I know that some of you out there are thinking "No way, I make the best chili!" Well, here's your chance to prove it.
All you need to do is submit your favorite family (or personal) chili recipe to the folks at the Pine Township Market District between now and September 24, and you could win $500 to Giant Eagle Market District and... most importantly... chili braggin' rights!
That's right, the 2012 Market District Chili Cook-Off is less than 10 days away, and YOUR recipe could take home first prize!
